Where the desk sits

The catalogue is written from an office suite inside Del Amo Fashion Center, in Torrance:

Letters reach us there, and that is the whole of it. There is no shopfront behind that door: no rail of samples, no changing room, no till and nobody who can hand you a pair over a counter. A parcel sent to the suite will not reach our retail partner either, so a style going back has to travel the route on its own listing.

What we cannot help with

Orders, parcels and payment run entirely with our retail partner, so a question about a delivery date or a charge on your card needs the order page in your account there. We never see those records and cannot look one up for you.
