How a pack reaches you

The short version: it does not come from us. iKingsky runs this catalogue; the selling happens on our retail partner’s listings. When you press a button here, the listing opens, and from that point the cart, the checkout and the courier are all theirs.

What that means in practice

• Delivery speed and cost are shown at the partner’s checkout, next to your address, before you pay anything.
• Order updates and the parcel’s progress live in your account on the partner’s site, not here.
• We have no window into orders, so we cannot look one up or hurry it along, however nicely you ask.

Packs and parcels

Most of the range comes in multi-packs (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 9 pairs to a listing), so one order line usually means one small parcel. Underwear travels flat and light; it is about the easiest thing a courier will carry all day.
