These are quite nice and wear very well. If your a masculine male then look elsewhere though. The lace shows whats underneath pretty clearly, but also supports your "buddy" quite nicely. They are sexy and feel very soft on the skin, but I recommend a fabric softener during the initial wash

I'm not quite 5'8” and I weigh about 150lbs. I buy the XXL. They fit fine. I cannot imagine why they would say that the XXL are for waist sizes 42”. They might stretch far enough for someone that size but they stay up properly on me … even with the breath-taking payload weighing tugging down.
